Overview

CulinaOS supports ESC/POS thermal printers over LAN, USB, and Bluetooth. Follow this guide to add and map a printer to your kitchen or billing station.

Step 1 — Connect the Printer

Ensure your printer is connected to the same LAN as your CulinaOS device, or connected via USB.

  1. Power on the printer
  2. Connect via LAN cable or USB
  3. Note the printer IP (print a test page to find it)

Step 2 — Add Printer in CulinaOS

Navigate to Settings → Hardware → Printers. Click Add Printer and enter the IP address or select the USB device.

  1. Go to Settings → Hardware → Printers
  2. Click + Add Printer
  3. Select LAN or USB
  4. Enter IP address (for LAN) or select from device list (USB)
  5. Click Test Print to verify

Step 3 — Map to Stations

Assign the printer to a station (Kitchen, Bar, Billing). Orders from those stations will auto-print to the mapped printer.
