Overview
CulinaOS QR Ordering lets your guests scan a table-specific QR code to browse your menu and place orders directly — no app download required.
Step 1 — Generate Your Table QR Codes
From the CulinaOS dashboard, navigate to Tables → QR Codes. Select the tables you want to enable and click Generate.
- Go to Dashboard → Tables → QR Codes
- Select tables and click Generate QR
- Download or print the generated PDF
- Place QR code standees on each table
Step 2 — Customise Your Menu
Ensure your menu is up-to-date before going live. Navigate to Menu → Items and verify prices, availability, and images.
Step 3 — Go Live
Toggle the QR Ordering switch to Active. Guests can now scan and order. All orders appear instantly in your KDS and POS.
