This guide covers the most common issues reported by CulinaOS users and their solutions.

Printer Not Printing

Check that the printer is on the same LAN as your device. Verify the IP hasn't changed. Try removing and re-adding the printer in Settings → Hardware → Printers.

Orders Not Syncing

Ensure your device has an active internet connection. Navigate to Settings → Sync → Force Sync to manually trigger a data sync.

QR Code Not Loading Menu

Confirm QR Ordering is toggled ON in Tables → QR Codes. Check that the branch is set to Active in Branch Settings.
