About the Role
Support enterprise restaurant rollouts by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CulinaOS hardware stacks with high uptime expectations.
What You'll Do
- •Install and configure POS terminals, printers, and kitchen displays.
- •Diagnose network and device issues at customer locations.
- •Coordinate with software teams for cross-layer issue resolution.
- •Maintain service quality documentation and incident reporting.
What We're Looking For
- •Hands-on experience with POS, network, and peripheral hardware.
- •Comfort operating in fast-paced on-site support environments.
- •Strong communication with customer and internal teams.
- •Willingness to travel within assigned support zones.
